With the present pandemic conditions, we are implementing the updated guidelines issued by the government health authorities. We at Theory9, consider the safety and security of our patrons as our prime concern. To offer them the Swasthya Bhava by creating a healthful environment is our top priority at all times. Our action plan to deal with the Covid-19 situation includes the following measures:
- Timely sanitization of common areas and most-touched surfaces are taken care of
- We employ a mandatory body temperature check for all visitors, guests, and employees at the entry point with no-touch digital thermometers
- We have placed alcohol-based hand sanitizers at the property
- We have spaced out the seating arrangements in our premises to maintain the correct physical distance between occupants and ensure minimal people gathering in one place
- We have given additional uniforms, adequate masks, and gloves for frequent change for the staff
- Our vendor processes all the laundry including sheets, towels, napkins and uniforms at high temperatures so they are sterilized prior to use
- All the food and raw material including fruits and vegetables procured on guests’ requests are thoroughly cleaned disinfected and checked prior to use in the kitchen
- Our properties are extremely high on hygiene standards
