Founders

Atul Jain comes from a well-established joint family that has been in business for over fifty years in Mumbai. With a legacy of business enterprise, it is little wonder that Atul owned a keen sense of business and eye for opportunity. A couple of decades back, he took an independent leap of faith and explored various sectors such as real estate, jewellery, manufacturing and angel investing. He saw the downward trend in the real estate coming and realized that serviced apartments, co-living spaces, premium student accommodation, urban premium old-age homes, and fractional ownership are new-age modules of the real estate industry in India.

In 2018, he established Theory9 - Premium Service Apts and foresees a future where the rental economy will be going strong. Atul is supported in his ventures by the guidance and vision of his father Mr. Banshilal Jain and his younger brother Mr. Anuj Golecha.
